Our approach goes far beyond ‘being sustainable’. As members of Social Enterprise UK, we are passionate about supporting those who benefit from our help. We also keep things local and commit to using local and independent suppliers (at least 50% within 50 miles of our support office) and working with local clients (at least 75% within 50 miles).
We work really hard to reduce our impact on the global environment by using local suppliers who care about bio-diversity, animal husbandry and sustainable farming - and those who share our farm to fork philosophy.
LAKE DISTRICT FARMERS

Knowing where our meat is bred and nurtured is important to us. Lake District Farmers supply premium breed-specific meat, direct from the farms to our chefs. They provide full animal provenance, while supporting the farmers and their local community within the Lake District. We are proud to be working with them.
MODERN STANDARD COFFEE
Modern Standard Coffee is a family of driven coffee professionals that work together to produce great coffee, while always aiming to have the best impact they can on the industry, the environment and the communities it connects.
YES CHEF GREENGROCERS

Yes Chef is a family-run fruit and vegetable distributor that has rapidly established a reputation for being among London’s elite greengrocers, delivering premium fruit and vegetables to discerning restaurateurs within the London and the surrounding counties.
NEMI TEA

A specialist London-based tea company that offers a variety of tea blends, including loose-leaf, teabags and a Chai Syrup.

They provide employment to refugees, giving them local work experience and job readiness skills to enter the UK workforce and integrate into broader society.
All of their teabags are plastic-free, our packaging is biodegradable and their teas are Organic-certified.
